There is no body, just an empty coffin. It is not an official burial ground so there is no claim. I don't get why they didn't just move into Sarah's lookout, its no where near the road site so no one can claim obstruction. Jana needn't have died.
I think the poachers are somehow connected to Peeters and AfriSpec, but not sure how. The whole thing has a dark feeling, like it could turn out OK, but only partially. Through all previous series, there've been characters who were unethical, driven by dark motives, and entirely without ethics, but the writers have outdone themselves in the character of Christian Peeters. He's the very personification of evil. Even when he pretends to do something humane, there's evil behind it.
@ETrevar Not sure he's that evil. He certainly isn't having any fun.. As he says himself: He has a job to do. But is he the main boss? I dont think so. He's just the project manager. So he's just following orders. But in real life, i dont think anyone could get chased from their home in order to build a cheaper road. I really dont like this plot. Doesnt make a lot of sense. Wouldn't the company be legally obliged to give back the unecessary land for their project? At least for a house..
poor Jana should have had him on his lead .
This is just so hard to watch.
What I don't get is that when they went to the court how come they didn't argue at the fact that Sarah is buried on that land
