It looks great and handy. I am wondering how do we integrate this with Infrastructure as a Code practice though? for example, if we are using biceps with pipeline to deploy resources. Would it be to make sure the replicated VM are in Azure and then export the template? or is there already a tool for it as well?

Yes, for the migration tools, you will need a destination in Azure to send the logs generated for the assessments to process.
