She's desperately making sacrifices to get somewhere in her life. She finally got the help she didn't get before. But then, her condition started to get worse the more she continued. Leading her to pass out from loss of blood & hunger. And ended up being hospitalized, thanks to BF by calling emergency services. She probably has insomnia; a problem about having trouble sleeping.
