I feel like level 4 Frieza is a bit high, because of how slow his ki blasts come out you literally just can't attack and avoid wave ki blasts at the same time since you're unable to dodge, it's been a real problem for me against premades. Feel similarly about level 3 Broly, for me he still gets decimated by premades because of how bad his ki blasts are regardless of the dodge nerfs, and dedicated super transphere builds can still avoid him indefinitely especially considering so many premades overkill it with wall of mt frypans blocking you from even getting near their super transphere.
It's weird how the first 4 raiders are able to keep up 6 seasons later(5 in vegeta's case), but the ginyu force only 3 seasons later and they fall behind.
My only disagreement with this tierlist is ignoring the fact that if Super Buu fills his evo gauge, it's practically over for the survivors. It's a genuine game-ending win condition and I think it's the push he needs to stay in Z tier.
Same goes for Kid Buu. By the time you're Kid Buu it's practically impossible for the whole team to be up because of the Inside Buu phase. And Super Buu is so strong inside buu, too...
@@ironcane i think you should rate a character for everything it brings, so if Kid Buu always spawns when the team was in a situation where they were likely to be absolutely massacred, it should account for something at least.

A good way to use baby's level 1 is to find 4 civs and save them for your level 2 by getting close to them and teleporting to one of the other 3 infected ones at the start of the match, then you can just wait to auto evolve and you've got your level 3 in 5 minutes
To add further to Baby Vegeta: he seems to have the same properties on Big Bang Attack as Maiden Blast threw it out coincidentally as a survivor tried to melee me during it, but the survivor got hit instead due to Big Bang Attack surrounding me with said explosion i think Wild Buster can combo into Finish Breaker, but not Big Bang Attack, but it's also cancellable immediately into his supers (Recoome, Goku Black, & Broly can do this as well yet it helps Baby Vegeta the most due to having a Volley & not needing to aim first) Tried comboing Explosive Wave into Revenge Death Ball & Final Flash separately, doesn't appear to work but both supers can combo into each other i think Explosive Wave's too slow to vanish kick combo at all, which makes sense for Vegeta who doesn't need that anyway but not so much for Baby I think Afterimage into Death Ball/Final Explosion doesn't work on his level 2 or 3 due to having a much faster melee than most raiders, i was able to Explosive Wave out of melee before Final Explosion exploded when someone tried pullin that gag on me However that really needs to be tested as i dont have a reliable means of doing so Even if he can, i still doubt that these factors even while combined will be enough to help Way too reliant on snowballing as Cell used to suffer from Also for those watching, Frieza & Ginyu Force can also Break Strike into Vanish Kick (with the right angle & assuming at least one member is alive, you can also combo their one time counters into a vanish kick)
All they have to do personally for Baby is to reduce the amount of civs or survivors needed to hit Baby Vegeta but increase the amount needed to hit level 3 or 4.
Yesterday I had a Vegeta match were we found all 7 dragon balls and had only one key left to plant. He was still nappa. Ge evolved and Vegeta didn't last a minute.
Unless they were stun spamming that's a skill issue on Vegeta's part. Literally with any raider now if a bunch of people transform at once for an obvious jump you just immediately fast ascend, then if they get close again you just instant descend or freefall, and if they catch you after that you break strike and fast ascend a second time with the space your break strike gave you, etc.
@@CelkyN6 we just jumped a level 4 and two 2s and a 3. It helped I kept hitting him into the ground because we were right there. He didn't use area destruction too escape which I'm glad he didn't.
I just noticed that nobody has done a video on what happens if you kill lvl1 baby. Does the game just end there, or does he auto evolve into baby vegeta?

If he was truly.berserk from square one, I don't think think he would have even had a chance to go super.

I feel like Super Baby 2 is too low considering that his transformation forces displacement among the survivors, which can split up teammates and objectives to slow down their progression. It does depend on whether the survivors focus on overall victory, regardless if they win even with ETM, or if they choose to keep as many fellow survivors alive as possible. But I do agree that Baby Vegeta is better offensively considering that Super Baby 2 is only able to thrive so well because the minions and Baby Vegeta wear down the survivors to force wasted transpheres and to make it easier to pick off survivors one by one in the STM phase.
I can see most of the points made in this tier list, but the one thing I can't wrap my head around is Lv 1 Baby being worse than Larva Cell. Don't get me wrong, Lv 1 Baby is horrible and needs a couple revamps of his kit, but Larva Cell has always been the quintessential worst raider to me that it's hard for me to give Lv 1 Baby that dishonor. You can at least huddle civs around the STM spawn and feed off of people trying to start it up (happened to me a couple of times) and it's surprisingly easy to hide as a civ when the Level 4 Survivor is trying to catch you (if you can't evolve before that, which has happened to me once) I'm not defending Lv 1 Baby, I just can't see a world where he is somehow worse than a larva waiting for its form to mature by itself without the aid of (un)willing servants

Not only you need enough "zombies" to fully encircle the STM, and not only you need to properly place them down, without the STM actually being there, there is another reason: Unless you are playing with braindead survivors, or actively distract survivors to focus on you so they accidentally run into the infected, at best, and I mean at BEST, you will only activate 2 infected, which should create enough space for all survivors to work on the STM. Also, while Baby gets a small passive increase on his evolution gauge from an infected civ stunning a survivor, the survivors can just get off of the stun by transforming. Basically, IMO, the starts have to allign for that whole "encircle the STM with civs" thing to turn the tides of battle significantly.
I’m not gone lie, l haven’t played Raider as much as some, but before Baby came out l never got a win with Cell. I didn’t start winning until Baby came out. I usually only lose when it takes me too long to get to lvl 2. I believe lol only got killed with lvl 3 Baby once or twice
Every time i play against super baby, i rarely ever win, maybe like 5% of the time. Now if I had to guess why I lose so much, it's probably because im level 74 and my teamates are like level 30 and the raider is level 100.
Hi Bixby is higher only because people that play Baby are most likely to can't Bodies and have More servants than not and just because of that. And it's hard to get riddle this. The servants sometimes even you have trouble. So I don't wanna hear It. So I do think he at least to Bing at least AB. A. B plus Just because of the servants. But I do think he's easy to jump. But if you know what you're doing has a baby player, you're not gonna lose more time has been not.
Old Vegeta has better great ape imo, all because of the tail, you can damage old vegeta only by damaging the tail and Baby can be damaged everywhere - already won about 2 fights with baby ape by sniping him with supers....

Edit: Zamasu lvl 1 true combo is instance severance into vanish Edit: Baby lvl 2 combos breakstrike into volley into giant ki blast works close to ground. In air it semi works depending on range. Baby lvl 3 combos breakstrike into death ball into revenge final flash. Another combo shield when melee'd into a vanish into reverse shot. One more but depends on if you have a servant is breakstrike into servant has to be a beam type which stuns into another super, two if close enough 0-40M
larvae isn't that low on the list. fastest evolving evolution in the game. or if evolution speed doesn't matter then lvl 1 baby should be higher because he shaped a meta. baby is meta defining. people built their whole identity around dealing with lvl 1 baby. i don't really see other raiders get that treatment. but baby also evolves in 10 years. i just think lvl1 cell should be higher because he evolves so fast and easy. definitely better then saiba in my opinion. cell evolves and starts destroying the area really quickly. and lvl 2 cell is pretty good
I've seen people make builds around Vegeta when he came out and there are people with super transphere builds that mostly work when going against Broly and Goku Black

LVL 1 Cell is in his own tier that doesn't necessarily make him low, it's just hard to rate him against other lvl 1s that actually do shit besides get 2 absorption and evolve
This is a viability tierlist, not a historical/influence tierlist. Bow and arrow as weapons changed the way we waged war, for sure, but I dont see Bow and Arrow being an OP weapon nowadays, when you pair it with a 50 cal. Yeah, Baby lvl 1(ALONG WITH DODGE REMOVAL) forced the survivors to play differently (kinda like level 2 strat goku Black). However, now that survivors figured out the workaround to baby level 1, then its a 5/10 to 6/10 matches where Baby level 1 will fall behind so bad, leaving him like a baby crying because his toys were taken away, and trying to extend its baby arms to the towering furniture many feet above him. Edit: believe it or not, not pun intended lol

I know my takes are also boiling hot, but if you're curious to hear them regardless, let's go A: You're underrating Baby Baby is a bipolar Raider, you either cook hard or get cooked hard. You're ranking him too low because you often see him at the latter end. Level 2 Baby has a great kit, reminiscent of Level 3 Broly (A charge, two evasives) and even has the benefits of servants (of which on a good match he likely has two) His Ki Blasts are also just a better version of Level 2 Frieza's, while also having the option of alt fire for closer range. Level 2 Baby is very deadly at close range, and has tools to bridge the gap and get close to you, unlike a lot of Raiders who you ranked higher. Level 3 Baby is superior at longer ranges then Level 2, but lacks the quick movement. He's a LOT better against Level 4 (I should know, I run a Level 4 Build against Baby) The thing about Baby is that you can get a lot of consecutive bad matches and write him off as bad. But every Baby I've faced that's lost to me and my team did so because of their own lack of skill. The Middle two forms of Baby, while squishy, have no other obvious downsides if you're half decent at combat and if you don't get them late. B: You're giving too many points for "Being a Level 4" Level 4 Cell and Frieza shouldn't (imo) be that high in the slightest. Their ki blasts are comparable then their previous levels, their supers are worse and their kit is near-identical. "Being Level 4" isn't as much of a benefit as people think it is, as one stun, or a melee super, completely negates the level difference. C: Our Lord and Saviour Cell (Larva) isn't at the top Even after his recent nerfs in the balance patch, Cell (Larva) is still undoubtedly the best Raider form in the game, with his melee that doesn't care about level, his incredible dodge and his supreme speed. Cell (Larva)'s lack of supers and actives is done purely because his base kit is too strong. You of all people should know considering the incident with the silver Cell. Anyway, if you actually read this rant, feel free to scream at me about how wrong I am.

Kid buu is hard to rate, because do you rate him with that context or him alone. But that's fair for super buu

Ape Baby can be stunned with Dragon Fist though lol
Goku Black is only good because he has the added effect of cutting survivors' IQs in half and making it so that no one ever jumps him or stuns him.
I think Vegeta only has a standard health pool now. He used to have less.

A: You're underrating Baby
Baby is a bipolar Raider, you either cook hard or get cooked hard. You're ranking him too low because you often see him at the latter end. Level 2 Baby has a great kit, reminiscent of Level 3 Broly (A charge, two evasives) and even has the benefits of servants (of which on a good match he likely has two)
His Ki Blasts are also just a better version of Level 2 Frieza's, while also having the option of alt fire for closer range. Level 2 Baby is very deadly at close range, and has tools to bridge the gap and get close to you, unlike a lot of Raiders who you ranked higher. Level 3 Baby is superior at longer ranges then Level 2, but lacks the quick movement. He's a LOT better against Level 4 (I should know, I run a Level 4 Build against Baby)
The thing about Baby is that you can get a lot of consecutive bad matches and write him off as bad. But every Baby I've faced that's lost to me and my team did so because of their own lack of skill. The Middle two forms of Baby, while squishy, have no other obvious downsides if you're half decent at combat and if you don't get them late.
B: You're giving too many points for "Being a Level 4"
Level 4 Cell and Frieza shouldn't (imo) be that high in the slightest. Their ki blasts are comparable then their previous levels, their supers are worse and their kit is near-identical. "Being Level 4" isn't as much of a benefit as people think it is, as one stun, or a melee super, completely negates the level difference.
C: Our Lord and Saviour Cell (Larva) isn't at the top
Even after his recent nerfs in the balance patch, Cell (Larva) is still undoubtedly the best Raider form in the game, with his melee that doesn't care about level, his incredible dodge and his supreme speed. Cell (Larva)'s lack of supers and actives is done purely because his base kit is too strong. You of all people should know considering the incident with the silver Cell.
