Lumber Stack and Destack System

The lumber stack and de-stack system is designed to efficiently manage single layers of boards and single plywood sheets according to the specified product matrix. To optimize the process, a 4-unit queue is provided both before the de-stacking station and after the stacking station. The system also includes a mechanism to sweep sticks from each layer prior to picking, ensuring a clean and efficient process. Operating with cycle times of 15 seconds and 30 seconds, this system allows for rapid and consistent processing of materials.
