The Art of Letting Go: My First Skydive

Take a leap of faith with me for my 41st birthday! This was so much more than a bucket list item or birthday celebration. This was an extreme practice in mindfulness for a recovering control freak. An attempt at being entirely in the present, mind, body, and soul.
