I don't know how sprint car drivers can take a hand off the wheel to move the wing back and forth at the speeds, and the suspension bounce while they are driving.
If the drivers want so-called clean air all. They have to do is go to the World of outlaws and tracks like. Knoxville, Williams Grove, Port Royal ,Husets and some of the other. Sanctioning bodies on the west coast and High limit and tell them that we want smaller wings on the car. That will be a big step to getting rid of dirty air. Go to a 16 square foot wing with smaller sideboards and that will actually slow the cars down a little bit. And put more of it back in the driver's hands and get rid of dirty air and make for better racing
Schatz demonstrates why a pilot's license is an advantage. What a master!
He is a master of his craft
This is really cool, thank you!
This is why Steve Kinser is the G.O.A.T
Really good job here
So how does a smaller wickerbill lessen this?
Video of crew chiefs possibly
I would of named it’s “ clearing the air”
Is dirty air the air that passes under the wing?
@@caseyhepler2806 More of a disturbance of air coming off the top of the wing from the car in front of you.
