    I have already been designing this for my CNC router build. 2080 with steel plates on the sides. GT2 belt in this configuration with the polycarbonate wheels. I doubled up on the plates to make the universal plates "thicker" for this application

    you can go 6 wheels with that plate too but it wont let you do a XY stage with 2060 or 2080. It will with 2040 or run 1 side 2060/ 2080and the other 2040. It also allows more movement on smaller lenghs of v slot.

    I did the same, except add a "bottom" belt. Another length glued to the rail with the teeth up. The drive belt meshes with the bottom belt.

    Will this work with a bandsaw table? Looking to make a sliding table for ripping 2 to 3 feet logs about 6 or 10ish inches wide.
