His first development project was the award-winning artHAUS condominiums in Midtown Phoenix, and Boyer is currently working on KARMA, a modern community of 11 homes coming to North Central Phoenix.

A VERY GOOD INTERVIEW TO ENCOURAGE ME AS A POTENTIAL ARCHITECT AS DEVELOPER/ BUILDER IN NYC. THANK YOU.
Thank you, Enoch and Jason continue the success!
more of this kind of interviews please.
This is such a helpful video.
Yes..be a builder/developer is the best. You don't need a business degree or MBA. Just start to hang out with contractors, builders instead of architects/designers.
Great episode Enoch!
This was is a brilliant interview
Glad you liked it!
The vertical integration you talked about, and smoothing out that curve in return structure, how is that accomplished, setting up something like an S corp?
I can't find part one that this video alluded to. What episode number is that?
cool tutorial, 100% works,+ rep
If you want to succeed, don't hang around architects. these guys will die poor and unfulfilled.
