    Some markets not all... And I'm see stuff go backwards as well.
    I just saw a property in Byron that sold for 3 m in 22 .. they are selling for 2m it's happening

      @@thiphan6515yes he does. If he truly has 13 or whatever great performing properties he can get another 5 no issues. I know people who went from 0 to 25. The same way you got the first 13 you can get another 13. Of course the bank has to see equity etc but that should be no issues in the current market. 😊
