If i spread every thing out like you did .id never get it back together properly ..ha id set up a couple tables wash parts and spread out in order, then open boxes and put with the old parts . But we have to work with what we got. there is a couple good vids on you tube disassembly and reassembly .Malaysian guy i believe .he used floor jacks which seemed a good way also . so did you get it done ok ?? anything baffle you ?? . like anything once you done it it becomes easy. glad you took the time to make a video.
How did the brake job go on the 416? I have a 416 series 2 that I'm about to open up. It has a Ford rear end. Is the job doable for the average backyard mechanic ?
It was more than I can remember. But cat pretty much new exactly what I needed for the job. I would recommend talking to one of there mechanics directly.
