In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access the guide (in addition to our 4-part video series on Choosing the Right Stroller for your Lifestyle, and other helpful content), as well as contact us directly on Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 These materials are also available via channel membership on TH-cam: www.youtube.com/@BarnevognverkstedNo/membership , and BuyMeaCoffee: buymeacoffee.com/thestrollerworkshop
We have had the Thule Urban Glide 2 for over a year now and are very happy with it! My 13 month old is the size of a 2 year old and there’s plenty of room for him. We started using it from birth. First with our car seat + adapter and then without it. The stroller is holding up well aside from the fabric being sun bleached lol. We use it for long walks in the woods, skating in the park on a bike path, and around town on cracked sidewalks. We even took this into NYC! I was worried that it would be too big in the city but no one batted an eye, simply put, people respected our space because we were rolling our baby around! I thought the seat not being able to be fully upright would be an issue but that was before my baby was comfortable to take long naps on outings. The full recline is wonderful! The tires are great. They are rubber and you only occasionally have to fill them with air. Highly recommend!
Recently got the ridge and as much as I wanted to love it (as an Uppababy fan) it was defective out of the box - apparently I got a 2021 produced stroller that was recalled and reworked post "finger" issue. Unfortunately these new disk brakes they put seem to be coming damaged or defective as they keep grinding on the brake calipers no matter what adjustments you do with the tension. I returned my first jogger and decided to give the Ridge another chance after talking to CS but unfortunately I the second unit I got was even worse with both discs heavily grinding because they are not flat. It's a shame I really felt this was the best jogger for the money considering the UB build quality, looks and all the options on this stroller. i would love to get the Thule instead but the seat is too reclined. i am thinking about going back to a Cruz V2 but not sure it would handle some more natural and uneven terrain every now and then? thoughts? Any other suggestions? our other stroller is a Butterfly and we never liked it....
Thank you for this video. What would be your recommendation between the Ridge and the Elite2, considering that I live in Canada, where there is snow 4-5 months a year and I go for everyday walks? Thanks in advance :)
Great timing for me, I've been comparing the City Elite 2 and the Ridge. For our region and needs I think I'm going with the ridge, especially because the basket on the city elite drives me crazy (I got my hands on an older model to try out, and it looks like they made it worse on the 2 with that added crossbar).
Hello, Can you give me some recommendations on strollers. I would use it mostly for city, so I would like it to be modern, urban, but comfortable for baby, easy to fold. I wanted cybex talos s or stokke beat, but watching your videos made me thinking of something else.

Wow, really noticing the marked difference in quality of your more recent videos.

How about these compared to the Guava? Have you had any experience with the Guava stroller?
Can you do a review of the Emmaljunga strollers? Does the lie-flat seat make a difference? NXT60 vs NXT90?
Uppababy always has the heaviest freaking strollers
Thank you !
