At the time of plots booking i was working in saudi arabia with very low salary as my saving i book plote in dha valley now i am in Pakistan and not able to get any income i have no son only 4 daughters i am not in position to pay 1 pkr so where i shall go after waiting 15 years and dha is demanding more and more..
Mr joys you are I'll informed. When we were paying our instalments development charges were also included. Later they imposed development charges again. And after that they imposed ESC charge. Main losers are us. If they had delivers plote on time or even some time late, we had made our house around twenty lakh. If we made one it will be more than one core. These are small plts. The people who bought these plots are low middle class. Even people from abroad. Now these people cannot make house.
Sir jab tak loag development charges pay nai karain gy. DHA kaisay deliver karay ga. Jis din DHA nai membership cancel kar di os waqt ap yahi argument paish karna. Koi nai Suny ga.
Past is past so my sincere advice all dha valley members. plz don't give any chance to dha to cancel the plot because they are going to announce possession soon then prices will increase unexpectedly. 5 marla plot in dha-2 (150 Lacs) 5 marla plot in dha-3 (95 Lacs) 5 marla plot in dha-5 (120 Lacs) 5 marla plot in dha-7 (25/30 Lacs)
When i paid 2nd installment that time i pay 3175 saidi riyal for 67000 pkr..as today price of 3175 sr = 285000 pkrs. And where is the dha valley price stand today..at the end we 1st alloties are lossers..future ALLAH knows..

Bhai ap nai payment Pakistani currency k hisab sy jama karwani hai. 5 marla 7 Lac aur 8 marla total 10 lac 25 thousands rupees

I already mentioned that iss waqt ap loss zarur hai. Lakin agar ise investment ko further hold karain gy to bhi loss ho ga. Behtar ha switch kar lain
