How do you know it will fit? Where is the inner helix of the cork?

I think that time I though it will be repeated process to make a cork helix..

what did you do at 6:22? I am getting the error "the fillet could not be added because the specified radius would eliminate one of the elements"

I figured out what to do the radius of the sketch fillet was defaulted to 10mm so I changed it to .2mm. But what are the dimensions on the triangle?
