It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.

Not a good idea. I tried it, and the hot chocolate tasted great but the the entire machine smelled like a rotten egg, and we ended up having to get rid of it.
Tout ce sucre, c'est une horreur ! Les thés, les chocolats, les boissons froides, les cafés spéciaux.... Toutes les préparations sont sucrées à mort. Les cafés classiques sont apparemment très bons selon mes invités, mais pour moi qui ne bois que du thé, les produits Dolce Gusto sont à fuir. Quel dommage... Elle est superbe cette Infinissima. Espérons que Nescafé finira par prendre en compte les retours et les avis de ses consommateurs et arrêtera de sucrer ses préparations !
Then return it to the store, get a replacement or refund. If it's a fail product, the shop will be able to do it, if it's YOUR MISTAKE, then they can't do anything.
ver bad machine . - there is no whater level .its full manually. -water cover easy to falling down and broken -you can not adjust the heights for small or large glass. Not working - big size and too much sound useless machine . very bad
Just a warning if you use the milk pods you have to clean it a lot more quickly or it goes rancid fast
