This is basically the rage theme of the Moja Leaders, as this plays when you fight them while they're in Beast Mode at some point in these games. Not only does this play in the first phase of Majoline's boss battle and the whole time during Galanmar's boss battle in the 2nd game, but it played during the showdown with Bonmucho in the 1st game. (It also plays in Cocoreccho whenever you encounter a Moja of any type.)
I can only imagine a bad ending cutscene where if you lost to Bonmucho or his mutated form, this would play and the Locoroco and Muimui would be corrupted by the deadly song.

That fact that granny is real final boss in the game was like TOP 10 ANIME PLOT TWIST for me when I was a child

actually it doesn't play near Moja in Cocoreccho from my experience, only near Bonmucho

Galanmar was surprisingly tough (you know, the mashing part) considering all the previous bosses were really easy.
