Actually yesterday I took my first test and everything was fine and when the inspector asked me to do emergency parking at the time I was in the second line and moved to the first line, then asked the instructor whether I can part on the yellow and he got angry. Kindly advise me whether next time if Im asked to do emergency parking can I do or not. Moreover few parked in the yellow line and passed.

I'm really very sorry this is totally wrong information, In final Road Test the first thing police observing your SMS mean First Seat Adjustment 2nd All mirrors and 3rd Seat belt.
Nowadays i saw a lot of private Instructor on the Road they don't have any background from training sectors some of them were taxi drivers and some of them home drivers,
Their are only around 5/6 Trainer which they have fully background from Training institute.

By the way I'm Specialized Theoretical and Practical Trainer and Examiner of Emirates Driving company Abu Dhabi Govt,
I just want to say that private training is totally open training you may change your instructor to feel the difference, because now days high number of students they are getting fail which they come back to us again to school.
