Mr. Harry is very efficient. His chopping skills are awesome. I have watched other kitchen shows and have noticed that the only people who can chop without a chopping board are Trinidadians. He moves fast and even washes up as he goes along. Awesome video Lyndon especially when he spat out the juice when you told him about your cooking skills. LOL!

I grew up seeing my grandmother grinding everything on the sill and using the lorha-- indigenous tools for kitchen use. I would like to have one in my outside indigenous kitchen but this tool is not sold.
