I did colonscopy Report came normal in colonscopy In Biospy i got chronic non specific proctitis My symptoms are Daily 2 or 3 times stools ( not loose ) After every time i will pain in rectum area and inflamtion also pain and itching in anus. This will there throught out day time This i was sufferring from past 2 years Best remidies: Take curd rice most of the time Drink cocunut water Take low foodmap diet Avoiding green chilly in my food curry Eventhough i following above things i am having very pain in large instestian area very irratable and also passing stools 2 or 3 times daily. Day by day loosing hopes on my life
