NMES is LEGIT. It is so crazy how our neural pathways can remember how to work again!!! Love watching these recovery videos.

I'm SUCH a stickler about chiropractors. If they *dont* give exercise suggestions and form ideas, then I tell my friends to go look somewhere else. I've been to 2 chiros that did that it makes a difference! There are others! but you have to shop, so to speak, to find the good ones!
