I worked directly with NMES (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation) on spinal cord injured patients at Frazier Rehab facility in Louisville, KY... one of the best rehab facilities in the world. NMES is LEGIT. It is so crazy how our neural pathways can remember how to work again!!! Love watching these recovery videos.

I'm SUCH a stickler about chiropractors. If they *dont* give exercise suggestions and form ideas, then I tell my friends to go look somewhere else. I've been to 2 chiros that did that it makes a difference! There are others! but you have to shop, so to speak, to find the good ones!
