From an economic standpoint, it seems irresponsible for a shepherd who has 100 sheep to leave 99 and pursue just ONE that left. From the outside looking in, someone might say it’s not the worth the risk. But in Matthew 18:10-14, this is the example Jesus uses to show us how much we are loved by God. To Him, our value is so great, that He would chase after us and rejoice even though WE decided to stray away from under His care.
That sounds reckless … but it’s God’s real love! I pray you are blessed by this cover.
