The significance of Morung is during our forefathers it’s like a School where Males young old will gather in Morung and share knowledge,conducts meetings and safeguarding village.Only Males are allowed inside Morung during olden days.And that log 🪵 of wood is a Log drum which is kept inside Morung and it’s significance is it is played by multiple men at ones in times of Emergency like Enemy attacks from other villagers , or accidental fire 🔥 in the villages or any emergency things.. You should visit Noklak district and international border to Burma villages .
