Leh Ladakh is the most beautiful scenic mountain destination that we have witnessed. It offers you spectacular panoramic views of sand dunes, snow capped mountains and Buddhist Monasteries.
It was a 12 days long road trip that we decided to take to one of the most sought after destination of India- LEH LADAKH
It was the last day of my office and I was super excited to head to our dream destination post official hours. We started off our journey to Jispa and after a halt of one day, took the route of Leh via Manali.
Ohh what a journey it was! Treacherous as well as Adventurous!
We felt a sense of pride and achievement once we reached Leh Ladakh!
The next day we started exploring the place starting from local places in Leh to the unseen sand dunes in Hundar to the magnificent Pangong Lake
Here are the list of places below-
1. Patthar Sahib Gurudwara
A very peaceful place with delicious prashad and Langar. This Gurudwara is built on Leh- Kargil road in the memory of Guru Nanak Dev. It is believed that once Nanak jee was meditating at his place and a demon had thrown a big rock to obstruct his prayers but the boulder turned into soft wax that failed to harm him, seeing this the demon asked for penance for his deed and Guru Nanak ji forgave him. The boulder with the imprint of the body of Guru Nanak Dev and the footprint of the demon is on display in Gurdwara Pathar Sahib.
2. Sangam Lake
3. Magnetic Hill
A few kms ahead of Patthar Sahib Gurudwara is the Magnetic Hill which is known for its Magnetic energy. We kept our car on neutral and observed that it was actually moving forward without any effort at our end.
4. Local Market- Leh
The local market of Leh is just awesome! You'll get to see a lot of interesting stuff ranging from the most wanted Leh flags to beautiful jewellery. The local street food and cafes served super delicious food there. A must visit place if you are visiting Leh!
5. Nubra Valley-
After exploring local Leh, the next day we departed towards Nubra valley- the land of sand dunes. It was about ___ kms away from Leh and we reached there by 5 pm. We booked a camp and after getting rest for a while, moved ahead for the most known place of Hundar- double hump camel ride. It was a fun and an unusual experience and we enjoyed a lot there.
Mesmerized by the scenic beauty of this place, we made a slight change in the plans and decided to stay here for one more day.
6. Pangong Lake-
Now this one's my favourite! After spending a memorable night at Hundar, the next day we continued our journey to the gem of Ladakh- the magnificent Pangong Lake. Once I reached there, I was awestruck by the beauty of this place. Crystal clear water with the reflection of mountains was a treat to the eyes.
Your visit to Ladakh wouldn't be justified if you do not experience the serene beauty of this place.
In our itinerary we had plans to visit Tso Mi Ri lake and Hanley valley, but due to shortage of time we decided to reserve these places for our next trip to Ladakh

Meri car 36k km chal chuki hai.
Sirf ek baar dpf warning aya tha wo b initially. Its nothing to be concerned of.Ek normal process hai diesel filter ka jo due to impurities warning deta hai.
Agar kbi aa b jaye to just drive your car above 2000 rpm for 10-15 mins, it will be okkk.
