Risu was first one i knew to have great range. From her squirrely voice, to her ara ara ayunda voice, and even perfect okayu voice. But some of the other hololive members are pretty good too. Someone else already mentioned katana. And during her ddlc stream, i was very surprised that she has mastered the voice of generic anime male protagonist.
Layla Azure in my opinion the other ones are good too, because not color coding them adds to the chaos and simulated Marine Hell perfectly, just like Aqua experienced it

If you hear them carefully you can notice that Fubuki's tone is a little higher than Marine, Matsuri's tone is lower than Marine and Kanata's tone is lower than Matsuri's imitation.
Matsuri's Marine impression really isn't that bad tho not as good as a pro impersonator like Fubuki. It's her distinct laugh that gave her away even tho it was just a chuckle lol. She never should've broke
