Cashing out at a bank is most important. If someone has enough crypto/bitcoin, they could get a Cook Island Trust, LLC and offshore bank account in Switzerland/Lichtenstein and then just live anywhere they want. Open a bank account in Malta is quite easy if you have your tax number… what makes me laugh is that Malta is a crypto friendly country but banks not so much.. like Bank Of Valletta told me that they will not accept in and out any transactions from a crypto sector.
