    Italian Sausage and Spinach Pasta Ingredients:
    5oz shredded parmesan cheese
    1lb hot Italian Sausage (ground)
    1 bag of spinach
    8oz of baby bella mushrooms
    16oz box of penne pasta
    Crushed red pepper flakes.
    Prep:
    1. Slice and chop Baby Bella mushrooms into nickel size pieces.
    2. Split shredded parmesan into two equal halves.
    Directions:
    1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Once water is boiling, add penne pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, 10-12 minutes.
    2. While pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium high heat then add a drizzle of your choice of cooking oil.
    3. Add the Italian sausage to the heated skillet and cook until its browned.
    4. Once the sausage is browned, add chopped baby bella mushrooms, mixing occasionally until mushrooms are cooked.
    5. Season with crushed red peppers to desired taste. (add small amounts at time, you can always add more)
    6. Add cooked penne pasta to skillet with sausage and mushrooms.
    7. Add spinach to the skillet and continue to carefully mix until the spinach cooks down. (if pasta begins to stick to skillet or burn, reduce the heat)
    8. When spinach is cooked, turn off the burner, mix ½ of the parmesan cheese into the dish.
    9. Use remaining Cheese to top each serving and enjoy.
