I'm a cosmetic and surgical dermatologist in the US focusing on the wealthy and celebrity niche markets, so I've seen more than my fair share of faces society considers beautiful. Karina is one of only four people I've ever seen that I would describe as being that breathtaking. Only one other was a celebrity. Ironically, the stress of being a celebrity often makes them less attractive than a lot of my regular patients.
