I had to giggle at " . . . small selection of inks." Who has that? Love this book! Now if you would just come up with a fantastic organizing system for the bottles themselves, then I could FIND the ink bottle when I need to refill the sample vial.
I'm pretty new and just getting started with swatching and keeping track. I know you've had your book out for a while since this video is old but...has any thought been given to making a booklet that lays flat? It's very difficult to use books that keep flopping closed. Has that been changed over yet...in the intervening years? Just curious.
if you go to his website you can download the page templates for free and then print on any paper you like. places like staples etc will bind them how you like as well
@@beccacarrillo I totally agree. I just bought 2 of his books because I realllly like the idea and the look and the layout of the book. But the paper is this glossy paper that would never be used otherwise in most cases which makes it a little harder to use. If he didn’t want people to be able to print their own he wouldn’t have the free template for download on his website. I love his book which is why I bought 2 but idk if I’ll use them because of the paper :(
@@avgjoeshow4208 Glossy paper for fountain pen inks? That seems an odd choice. I can see why the download makes good sense for the paper of your choice.
vey annoying looking at book on its side and constant page flipping. Also terrible sound. VContents look like they could have been iuseful, but, thios is a poory produced amayeur video,
You guys have great products for fountain pen & ink addicts like myself! I hope I can get back on the ink flight list next year.

I agree. A spiral version would be the best.

@@avgjoeshow4208 That is a solution, but then it doesn't support his business. :) It supports Staples or some other large business.
