This set is the only one this year that I immediately knew was a must-buy. They're just so colorful and classic. I especially like the orangeish canyon planet.
That orange build with the moon looks phenomenal! Just the natural shadow created by having the black disc on top of the grey one gives it a bit more depth and realism
The simplicity is genius, works well with the Lego medium. Abstract designs like this are good at generating inspiration; I've already got a few ideas..
Beautiful set...will definitely be picking one up for myself, and likely getting another 2 or 3 as gifts for people who will love it. It's the perfect display set and fits perfectly within an overall aesthetic that I really love.
I haven't bought any lego stuff in a few years but seeing this IMMEDIETLY makes me want to buy it. I don't know what it is about the set, but I just can't wait to build it and see it in my room every day!

My girlfriend is space obsessed, loves stars, rockets, planets, and anything exotic space related, this will be a very nice gift for her :) love this set!

I want to build that, but I must first get this so I can make that first one in the style of the official kit since the original designs used a much different wall mounting system.

i didnt notice this with the rocket until this video, but they have a spike coming from the ground then they have a hinge at the end of that. THEN they connect something that DOESNT look like a rocket. but it looks like its a rocket coming from a cloud into outer space. bravo lego designer. your a magician.
I keep telling myself I don’t need this set, but then I see it again and think maybe I do. Also it would be awesome if you built a custom panel with a recreation of your channel logo
I think the gradients are a downgrade from the original, which had darker bricks fading into the black. Once you notice it it's hard to not feel the official gradients are too harsh I also don't like the extra 4th model - the original 4th was so much better with a gorgeous eclipse, and the official set one misses the whole point of the theme, it should be about humanity and the ways we explore space, not just random space stuff I still think it's a really nice set but these issues sap a lot of the enthusiasm I would otherwise have for it
I do actually like the repeatitive pattern of each module, like different variants of our horizon. Not sure if i said this last time or said something different, but i do think the black hole isnt as fun as the others. Also, what happened to your voice??
I didn't know the final one was a Black Hole, I thought it was a Planet, but knowing what it actually is gives that neat vibe like are the aliens(?) harnessing it's power, is it green by their own hand? Other than that though it's all real neat despite not being my cup of tea, granted I'm not a display guy.
I totally get that! I don't do much displaying either. I love ripping sets apart lol... Spending $50 just to look at something is definitely a strong ask.

Oof, that's rough D,: Distribution has been weird here for the last few years. I can always order from LEGO.com, but oftentimes stuff is just out of stock like the the temple. It can take up two a month or two for things to show up at retailers too. Oh well, it always shows up at some point. Sometimes its just best to wait too for a nice discount!

Love this set! However I do have a few critics; I think the fourth one is lacking a bit. All the others have builds that are so simple, yet make me go "waoh I never would have though to do that " Also wish the stars where printed on a 1x1 brick so they didn't stick out. Great review!

I love the sets I just am wondering why they are 18+
They're just marketing this specifically at adults is all. It's a very straightforward build, and realistically should be 8 or 9+
Love this set!
