That is a neat way to cook meatloaf. I have a question. Why does ground beef for meatloaf have to be cooked well done when you like and eat steak rare or medium rare. This is a serious question. I don't eat rare cooked meat so I really want to understand why you test it with a thermometer.
From what i know and have heard, why you want ground meat of any kind is because if the meat has any kind of bacteria on it before grinding it would be mixed in during the grinding process. I hope my expectation makes sense. Lol Thank you 😊 God Bless 🙏 ❤️ 😊 🙌

I check it with the temperature because 160 degrees bacteria can live
