Pyke's R is very bugged he probably ulted randomly recast and that doesn't show the actual CD of it's ult but the real one is far ahead

It's bug on pyke sometimes ult is showed still on cooldown but I can throw it. Just look at enemy hp if u see execute bar u can R.

Common Pyke bug, you ult off the execute mark, or you can ping the cooldown.
been a bug since S13, if you ping the R it fixes itself
