Glue is on both sides of tape . But we need glue on only one side to be transferred on fabric to do applique work. Is there any other tape available where glue on only one side is there which can be transferred to fabric?

You can use either. You can start with normal thread but thinner one.
We can use fabric glue instead of stiching
Infact the glue from the double fusing paper is strong enough and hence dont need to again use fabric glue. Stitching is optional, it is to reinforce and also for decorative purpose.
Madam,. If the paper has glue on each side, will not the glue stick to the iron?
As shown in the video, first you place the shiny side on the fabric and it sticks to the fabric when you use hot iron. You are using the hot iron on the other side which has a paper backing. This side the glue is exposed only after removing the paper backing.
What model machine are you using and what are its features.
This was demonstrated on our Juki hzl 70hw. We have made a detailed video on that machine.
