The first 3 of each troop seemed all right to me, i think he just makes the 4th concept way to over powered as a joke kind of thing, like the 4th concept for each one isn't supposed to be takes seriously

U went crazy with the dart evo ideas 💪🏾 even the skarmy 1hp shield is low key solid. Evo that’s needed!! 1st legendary evo. Fisherman! Concept 1. Fisherman becomes invulnerable to all damage while troop is stunned. It only last as long as the stun last & if another troop gets pulled n stun than it’ll reoccurs That way when the fisherman pulls in a card like Pekka it isn’t instantly killed with the 1st hit. Concept 2. Multi pull! Fisherman now has two fish in which case he can pull 2 troops! If one troop is only available to pull than it is stunned 2x as long than normally giving u time to put swarms or any other card to protect fisherman. If 2 troops r pulled it’s normal stun. Concept 3. Reel in & out! Fisherman can not only reel u in. But also reel u away. The fisherman attaches to u & throws u backwards as if he’s using u as his fishing rod. So when he grabs u he pulls u in & instantly throws u back. 5 tiles
skarmy concept 1 and 3, dart goblin concept 1 and 3, magic archer concept 1 and 3 and 4, hanker concept 3, sparky concept 1 are great ideas i think with a few differents..

Evo magic archer can have an arrow which leaves blue marks which would damage enemies like firecracker does but this one will slow them down a lot more firecracker has slow effect of poison mc should have slow effect of ice golem death slow effect or ice wizard slow but the damage area would go out in like a second or two

Executor tornado evo wouldnt be balanced and could get reworked. Cuz that lit 3 elixer+ every shot it could lit even counter a mega knight pekka and heavy elixir cards so yeah.
Skeleton army turns into Frosty Skeleton army in 2 cycles for Evo. Their attacks are the same as Ice Wizard (no area damage), resulting in the victim's attack speed and speed slowing down for two seconds.
