They are lighter & quicker than any other pizza.

INGREDIENTS serves 4
200ml passata
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic granules
4 large soft tortillas
150g grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
choose your favourite toppings
Cook in preheated oven 200c fan / 220c / gas mark 7
5 -10 mins until cheese melts & edges are crispy
