Switching to Wooting is probably just like switching to mechanical keyboard from membrane keyboard. You will find out how different the playstyle is, and slowly get used to it, and then improve with it. Took me almost a month to get used to mechanical keyboard from membrane keyboard! It was painful to see how bad I was playing, but then I started improving really fast after getting used to it.
Heres my PERSONAL experience 2 weeks after I got the wooting and utilizing its shining feature, rapid trigger. (Do note my previous keyboard was an old used ducky shine yellow and the keys felt like 100g each one of them and the spacebar... Dont get me started...) + I was able to hit mini jacks consistently + My stamina drastically improve since you change the actuation point of the keys (currently set to 0.4mm and rapid trigger both at 0.15mm) +- Playing 7K Inverse really depends since if you have strong finger independency it'll probably make no difference. BUT, if you have mediocre finger independency, itll force you to NOT lift even the slightest when hitting inverses. ++ Playing Rice based maps best when utilized with RT, you'll be amazed on what patterns you are able to hit - You have to adjust your playstyle for accuracy plays - Shipping, Tax + Customs can go up to 100 USD (DEPENDING on where you live) - THIS KEYBOARD DOES NOT IMPROVE VIBRO I REPEAT, DOES NOT IMPROVE VIBRO!!!
Hallo:D Let me write my own toughts about the wooting (uwu) for osu STD (with horrible english) Sidenote: I was using a tactile switch before the wooting uwu comes with the lightest switches pre installed and it was so horribly light I didn't even feel any press (especially after a tactile switch) My accuracy died almost instantly after trying it, I fell out of rhythm a lot of time etc.. overall for the first 1-2 weeks it was horrible and made me question the if it really was a good purchase After 1-2month I kinda adapted to the new playstyle and with the heavier lekker switches. Now it's a lot easier to play faster maps, hold rhythm, single tap and ofc the fast streams. I could stream ~285bpm with my old tactile keyboard with around 85% accuracy. What I noticed is now I can stream a lot longer but also not that accurately, that could be the lack of tactile feedback but idk ( and yes you can cheese the 320bpm isogu map if you know how to vibro ). Sometimes I still change back to my old keyboard (probably a bad habit) when there's a lower bpm stream map, because of the rapid trigger if you over tap just a single note, the whole stream will most likely note lock. The other thing was the wooting doubletap, if you know maps that have a fast weird 1-2 under each other you might have to relearn hitting those, for me I doubletapped them with the wooting but not wih other kbds Overall it is good for speed plays as you mentioned in the video, but takes lot of practice to learn high accuracy on lower bpm maps. If you're reading this comment and just got a wooting keyboard and struggles to get good accuracy, just play easier maps for a bit to adapt. if you play maps that you do always the muscle memory will kick in that you had with the old keyboard ;)
it takes a little to get used to but rapid trigger is crazy good, switched to an apex pro tkl and not only is it just much nicer than my old keyboard but damn is it good for mania
First day with wooting uwu and I almost beat my top play set 4 years ago. If you have a mouse mat, the wooting uwu will slide around while tapping sadly
Personally ill rather change the switches if i want it to be lighter than rather having a overprice keyboard and im currently using the rk87 the wired/new version
i'll get the drunkdeer a75 pro, or the g60 if i'm not patient enough to get the a75, maybe it'll perform almost the same as wooting since i won't use less than 0.5mm RT. 😅
I have undeniable evidence that maliszewski is a hacker. For the following points, I will be referring to his new play in which he gets 923 pp. First, if you look at the slow sliders at 2:47, his cursor changes direction in a very choppy manor. As someone who is a professional coder, I can guarantee that these movements are from an algorithm designed in java. He needed to design the code to fit a very fast map, as he had to make the cursor look natural while doing very fast jumps. However, when the slow part came, the script he used wasn't suitable for the slow sliders and made the cursor look choppy and abnormal, as visible in the video. Second, right after the slow sliders begin, you can see maliszewski look away from his osu! monitor then expeditiously look at it again. maliszewski forgot he was streaming so he decided to look at something else while his hacks did the play for him, but then he looked back as soon as he remembered people were watching him. It's a shame to see the highest ranked players cheating, so we should band together as a community and expose maliszewski for the hacker he is.
@@cos9155 Honestly it depends what you use it for and also playstyle. I play mania and i dont find it the "best" other than vibro for sure. Theres also other keyboards out there as mentioned in the video
I understand yea it makes sense it depends on what type of player you are at the end of the day because if you play mania for a decent amount of time hitting hard on a membrane with significant travel distance (and actuation force) it's going to feel too different to transition to a wooting to the point that it makes it worse, also im pretty sure that theres an apex keyboard with less switch travel distance and less activation force so can't really call the wooting the best keyboard technically@@cjpgaming8255
