- This video I will talk about how you can move to UK with Creative work VISA. This Visa does not require any IELTS exam and you can bring your dependent with you.
The Temporary Work - Creative Worker visa is for individuals who have been offered short-term work in the UK for up to 12 months within the creative sector.
A creative worker is someone who can make a unique contribution to the UK’s creative industries, for example, as an actor, dancer, musician, entertainer, fashion model or film crew. Technical or support staff (‘entourage’) may accompany eligible creative workers.
The Creative Worker visa is not a route to settlement, but applicants can extend their stay up to a maximum of two years with the same employer. Creative Worker visa holders can also be joined by a dependent partner and children under the age of 18.
* Creative Worker Visa has no English language requirement.

Hello, you can't directly practice in the UK if you studied from INDIA. You have to study in UK first - student visa will be option for this.
However, dataset shows that last year some visa issued with this category "Government Authorised Exchange (previously Tier 5)" for Legal professionals n.e.c.

Please be aware there are many scams going on.
The process very simple.
Once you get your cos you need to apply for a visa application via gov.uk website. And book a Vfs appointment for biometric.
