I believe the plates on the side of the Osprey are reactive armor. Look it up if you haven't already, it's some interesting stuff.

Those sheild thing u called on Ospreys those are reactive armour which are usually used in tanks. These armour explode when it is hot by an rpg and your vehicle will be fine

Seems like this isn’t the case, as I can’t find anything mentioning it. I believe the idea behind ERA is that you generate a smaller explosion to protect against a bigger one, as explosions are a lot less potent when further away or when they detonate before armour can be pierced. In aircraft, ERA is useless due to the fact that the explosion is deadly no matter where it detonates, and a small explosion from ERA is still problematic. Some rounds have proximity fuses, where the round is designed to explode far from an aircraft to deal damage so a direct hit isn’t needed. Then again, some creative liberties have been taken with the design as the creator has armed it with far more than the 2 machine guns a real Osprey has.

great video baron, really good content, and there is this game that i saw that you should try, its called "Men of War: WW2 Mod Battle Simulator" really good game, haven't played it yet but i've seen the game, and its pretty good, but anyways great video baron.

One thing i noticed about baron is that he really want to land a helicopter while ill just jump then parachute in case you didnt know ( jump from high place + space = parachute)

Hey, would anyone know the background for the game's world? I know there are two factions, Eagle and Raven, but I'd like to know more about them and this eternal war of theirs.
The producer is called raven and he created the game a decade ago as a kid basically. There ya go.

The Eagles and Ravens have been at war globally since 2016. Many countries and weapon/vehicle manufactures have been supplying both factions with modded weapons/vehicles. That is my lore for the game.
