As I said, it is a channel, there should also be a playlist you can find by searching "Marble Hornets" on youtube called "Marble Hornets/totheark (in released order)" which will have all 133 episodes. It's about 6 hours of content, and well worth the watch. If you find it too slow paced for your liking, a channel called "NightMind" breaks down the videos in a 5 part series. There is also a comic that came out recently, but is not necessary to grasp the plot of Marble Hornets as it is a sequel. I hope this was helpful!

Basically, he's not even really a character, but his presence in the comics (what we've seen so far) means Jay MIGHT be alive (at least, in some form.)
