Magic Twisty Worm Tutorial (and how to make your own wacky worm!)

Got a magic twisty worm, or a squirmel? What about a wacky worm? Really, any kind of little magic worm on a string? Watch here for a basic tutorial on how to make it "come to life." Better still, watch how simple it is to make your own.
These twisty worms are great to buy, but they're also easy to break. So here I show you how to make a magic worm. If you make your own, not only do you save a few bucks, but it's a great activity for the kids. You can decorate yours however you like, and manipulate it in the exact same way as the real thing.
The twisty worm, do-it-yourself or otherwise, is a little piece of fabric/ribbon/whatever, attached to a thread of piece of fishing line. That gets anchored to your waist by a piece of cardboard tucked into your belt, or taped to something else, or do what I do: tie the thread to an alligator clip and then clip it to your pocket.
This video should be easy to learn from because I replace the thin fishing line with a thick yellow string, so you can better see what's going on.
