      The WNBA needs a Commissioner that will hand out serious fines and suspensions. The conduct of players and officials need a heavy hand to land on those who refuse to comply with the rules and understand that basketball, well-played and well officiated, has an integrity about it that is missing in this league. There are other entertainment options available.

    If Reese is faking her injury, that's some serious Ben-Simmons-quality self-sabotage. He was talented, but he tripped his own dumb self up. Reese has to straighten up and keep working if she wants to have a future in the WNBA.
    The scary thing about Clark is that she hasn't even found her ceiling yet. And not only was she on fire, but she lit her whole team up like a rocket. I keep remembering a comment she made early in the season about how her teammates were dropping her crazy passes because they weren't used to them; now they are alert and ready for these insane Bird-style passes she makes. They know she can do it.
    The thing is though, they also realized ... wait a second ... maybe we can ALL do it. And that was the magic. They ALL realized they hadn't found the ceiling yet.

      Her past is where it all started!! In IOWA!! Please give her all the credit where credit is due!! She is an inspiration to many people and what a spectacular role model she is for the younger generations! ❤️ you Caitlin, even in your outstanding college career!!!

      One other thought, if you haven't heard, IN her College Career @ IOWA, she broke Every Record in the NCAA in history, both Women's & Men's!!! That is worthy of being mentioned!!!

    Open letter to the WNBA
    I stopped watching sports during the take a knee fad.
    I became interested again after hearing about CC, I had NEVER been interested in the WNBA till then. I have to say that the way this very talented and professional young woman has been treated by the players, the officials and the largely silent commissioner has soured me once again. I will probably pay a little attention to the sports talk to see if anyone is held responsible for the reprehensible way this team was treated this year. If not, I'm out again.
    Signed Grumpy old man!

    Team owners, referees, coaches and all players are all to blame for fouling Caitlin Clark ; so is time to leave for other leagues now. Time to bankrupt the WNBA. If Fevers don't win the championship, the poke in the eye is to blame. Caitlin might not realize it herself, the eye is the most important for accuracy. All fans should stop watching totally once Caitlin Clark is out of the championship.

    AD didn’t “not live up to the hype”. He was still a top 10 guy in the league for some time. Not a good example…there are way more extreme examples. Just my 2 cents.
    AD was still 1st team all pro multiple years like you said. That’s pretty good.

    • @AIIEYESONME
      @AIIEYESONME หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely right, AD was vastly considered the best big man in the League as soon as he got there and for years to come. Before Joel Embiid got healthy and the subsequent rise of the Joker.

    He's definitely right about one thing I'm A 42-year-old guy and I have never turned on a game or sought out a highlight of a WNBA game Caitlin Clark has gotten me to actually seek out highlights and watch small pieces of games when in the past I just thought women's basketball was kind of slow and boring. She's definitely exciting to watch.

    CC is not only the best thing to happen to the Fever, she is the best thing to happen to the League. As mentioned in attendance numbers, league profits and just keeping the League talked about. I admit I am not even a basketball fan and never cared to sit and watch a game male or female. Got my highlights from sportcentre.... Now, if I am in front a TV and she is playing... I will watch.

    Excellent video. There were a lot of haters out there, although much of it was more jealousy and asking for some attention more than it was hating Clark. The one I don't agree with is when you keep showing Diana Taurasi as a hater. She wasn't. All she said was the WNBA will be a reality check. It won't be as easy to get off 3s as it was in college, and she'll have an adjustment period. Diana was exactly right. She didn't say Caitlin wouldn't be able to handle it, just that there would be an adjustment period... and everyone went bananas calling her a hater.
