There has been a question about Bali's quality in many of the chat groups! Many owners of previous models have stated the company quality control was lacking. They have also stated the company was slow to address the their complaint and often delayed or did not address those issues promptly. I noticed in your video that you stated there was some minor issues on the way to delivery. Was that some manufacturing issues and if so then did Bali address those issues in a quick and efficient manner to the customers approval?
Mark I honestly cannot speak for other dealers but from our experience, our clients have been treated fairly. We have a very rigorous survey by our reps in France when we take possession on behalf of the owners at the factory. The boats then arrive in the US where we address any issues that may have come up during the delivery. This is all transparently recorded on the owner dashboards of each Bali owner for all parties involved to access, including owners, captains, factory and maintenance company. This keeps everyone honest and every issue is recorded and addressed before the item is ticked off the list. There will always be something that needs attention on a boat and a new boat is no different. It is how your dealer addresses it that makes the difference, so choose your “partner” carefully. Hopefully this answered your questions.
It's too bad you don't cover any potential downsides to given designs. What about additional sails? Mooring equipment? Potential shade locations? Solar options or the lack thereof? Where does the dive gear go? What about other toys such as paddle boards etc etc etc...
Beautiful boat and excellent job on video!

How come you didn't go downstairs? Wanted to see the headroom since we are about the same size. What is the headroom in the cabins?
😀Sorry about that!! LOL The headroom is enough for Stephen to stand up straight. He is 6'4 and a bit. I hope that helps.
@@CatamaranguruThank you
