Brand new + fast! YJ24BFE | Optare M8500SL Solo SR | Stagecoach West Scotland 48125

One of a quartet of brand new Cummins ISBe4 powered Solos new to Western. This seemed to have a lot of go in it, and be built to a decent quality. A nice addition. Filmed working route 585A to Stevenston, Wednesday 26th June 2024.

That’s normal. It’s the XFE gearbox. They all sound the same.

@@sams1167 fair enough, I've heard that sound on a few scanias that were a bit unhealthy so I was just curious
