I would move a little slow on building that house in Utah. You may not want to leave Florida after this winter. But than, again, you will want to experience a Florida summer first. As extreme as Utah winters are...so are Florida summers. I love Florida! I wouldn’t live any where else...and I grew up in Michigan. Have fun! 🥰🥰

That place is INSANE!! please do get some form of covering/bamboo/chickenwire? etc for around/across the bars on the balcony just to protect little Finn that little bit more, even a little patch of 'grass' in a box for him to pee on would be super handy!!

I'm excited for you. My first and only trip to Ft. Lauderdale was in Feb. 2020. We got to see the temple, which is beautiful. Mostly I just remember the airport, as we didn't spend time in Ft. Lauderdale other than the temple and the airport. It wasn't our destination.

I would take the bedroom with the walk-in shower and two closets! That looks like the Master, other than the bathroom access from the main living area. Still, you could lock that door and only have access from your bedroom. Just a thought!

That is a small kitchen and apartment , I lived in Fort Lauderdale the area is so expensive for small apartment's
