MOIST UBE CAKE IN A TUB ANG MASARAP NA PANG NEGOSYO AT PWEDENG IHANDA SA BAHAY !

- Moist Ube cake in a tub
Cake:
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp violet food color
1 tsp ube flavor
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Frosting:(more if needed)
1 cup liquid whipping cream, chilled
1 1/2 cup tsp violet food color
1 tsp ube flavor
Fillings and toppings:
1 1/2 cups Ube Halaya(more if needed)
3 small layers Leche flan(less or more)
Procedure:
1) Combine all purpose flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt
2) In a separate bowl combine eggs, white sugar, water, violet food color, ube flavor and vegetable oil
3) Combine dry and wet ingredients
4) Divide cake batter into 6 equal parts and tap few times
5) Steam for 20-25 min. over med. low heat
6) Cool cake in a pan for 10min.
7) Remove cake from the pan and cool completely
8) Cut the cake and fill cakes with Ube halaya
9) Assemble: Frost the whole cake with Ube whipped cream frosting
10)Add Ube halaya, leche flan topping and decorate with white whipped cream frosting(optional)
Ube whipped cream frosting procedure:
1) In a bowl combine whipping cream, violet food color and ube flavor
2) Whip cream until stiff(do not over whip)
3) Whip extra 1 cup plain whipped cream for decoration(optional)

Wow! Chef, isa nanamang bago masarap at magandang recipe katulad ng ganda mo chef. Hindi ko palalagpasin ito. Gagawa ako maski wala akong mabili na violet food color at ube flavor. Susubukin kong gamitin ang ginawa kong ube food color dahil nasubukan ko na ring ginamit sa paggawa ng sapin sapin at lalo niyang pinaganda ang texture at lasa ng sapin sapin.
