You can order it on your own, it's $310 or so a year for an individual. $70 for the yearly license and then 20*12 for copilot yearly. If it makes your life easier you should just do it. The personal/family plan includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote and Outlook. I use it for all my writing needs lately and it's made my work so much easier, earning me a lot more money.
@@xbon1unfortunately my work office account cannot bond to my personal account so i can separately purchase copilot... nor can i fork over the expenses to my work account. hopefully in the future, work will become more lax towards AI tech.
@@Playmanmusic Thats probably because of the license you have. This option is only available for M365 copilot license. Check my previous video on copilot.
Great Video. thank you. is it possible to make documents based on the format of an old one? I have not found a video that shows that functionality of co pilot. example: you have an existing document format/layout for a certain company you work for. Every time you make a report to them you have to use this certain layout. Right now i use speech to text of Chat gpt playground and then paste the parts of this text to the certain parts of the document. It would be great if copilot could do this for me. This would be a game changer for everyone who have to this kind of repetitive document work every day. ths for hints.
Hey Reza, is there any chance of creating a custom Copilot that will ensure that when I open Word, it will automatically read the document and suggest a summary first
I'm trying to get Copilot in Word to ONLY summarize the "tracked changes" in a document, and not having any luck -- despite attempting to instruct it what tracked changes are, how they appear in the document, etc. Any advice here on how to do this, short of manually copying and pasting all of the tracked changes out of the document and making a new document, which seems incredibly tedious? I cannot find any guidance at all on this issue. Thanks in advance!

So you need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license *and* a Microsoft 365 plan, even if you just want to use Copilot with the desktop version of Microsoft Word?
And yet I still have to go through my completed documents to check the spelling and grammar as copilot continues to make mistakes and cause issue on and in my documents. Also. Instead of answering peoples questions you just point to a video you appear to have made. Then when viewing your "solutions video's" it leaves yet more questions than answers. Not really helpful.
i wish my employer would buy into this!!!!! super gamechanging! thanks for sharing, reza!
Its amazing for sure

Amazing use of Microsoft 365 COPILOT in Word. Thank you Reza
Most welcome
I didn't see how you enabled Copilot in Word. You jumped right into USING it.
Because I did a separate video on enabling copilot.
Here it is th-cam.com/video/GZm8aqK_Iyk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=eVCd4YwxOYbYofUE
exactly
Hello sir, thanks for the video. I have a question: how can you add a column as explained in 05:41??? My computer keeps doing other things but that.
If you click on a cell in table, it does pop up
@@RezaDorrani I give up. I can't get it to create a column. Thanks!
@@Playmanmusic sorry to hear that
@@RezaDorrani Also, when I start, the first copilot box does not indicate the "Reference file" option. So there's something wrong... Thank you Reza.

thanks for this, reza. very helpful and well-explained.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for sharing, it speeds up the writing process when integrated with word
It surely does
thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge!

Not sure if that's an option with word copilot
Excellent video.

Much appreciated!

I'm not sure if that's an option
Hello, I want to ask if this AI can adjust things like automatic alignment, adding tables, changing fonts, etc., according to the request?
Try giving it the commands and see what output in provides.
you the man Reza
Thanks Charles

I have not tried that with copilot so not sure.
Hello nice video, could you make a video about the Document automation kits?
Thanks!

Hi there!
Is there a way to disable copilot? I have a pop up show every time I want to draft something and it's not always needed
Im not sure of the option to disable it
So you need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license *and* a Microsoft 365 plan, even if you just want to use Copilot with the desktop version of Microsoft Word?
I believe so yes (but not 100% sure)
How did you add the reference documents in the copilot draft?
You need to have the M365 Copilot license to avail that feature.
how did you get the file referenced? When I want to use a document it does not show up, I already have it on my sharepoint.
It just showed up for me
Arguably more efficient than ever!
True, there are always two sides to a coin
i subsribed to copilot but i dont see where to activate it. sadly u dont show
Because I have shown that in a different video -> th-cam.com/video/GZm8aqK_Iyk/w-d-xo.html
