I have an inferno heater in my 2019 Polaris EPS Trail. Its a pain in the ass to install it.. BUT it works very well. The defroster works well keeping the windshield clear. The heater vents on the side of the kick wells work nicely. The running of the input heater hose split in front of the oil cooler works very good getting hot water to the heating unit quickly. I did install two ball valves on each heater hose going in and out of the heating unit. Summer I turn them off, early spring and late fall I crack them open for a little heat. Winter both valves are fully open.

hey JH, if youre looking for a good cab enclosure for this rig check out dirt warrior vault enclosures in utah. I found you when i was researching enclosures for my general 4 and like you i was never satisfied with the canvas... and man am i glad that tusk had a national backorder this year because i found the vault system and it is SO MUCH BETTER. the kicker is they are barely more than the polaris canvas uppers and for that price youre getting a powdercoated aluminum frame and safety glass windows, not to mention they have locks that protrude both sides that you turn and it locks onto the cage. maybe it would be a good fit for Turbo R

I don’t see one yet for the turbo r. I have looked at them and would be the ticket.

@@jhmotorsports2 yeah that sucks I just checked myself. I wonder what the difference is in the cab of each machine, I've not seen either up close to be able to speculate but maybe the pro r uppers would fit? Anyway keep up the good content brother, always very informative and blunt videos. 👌

@@MrKeithJ2 the pro r is different. The pro xp and turbo r are same for the most part in the cab area. They are 3 different machines in most areas. Thanks for watching.

Where does the Y fittings go??... 1 In the Front? 1 in the Rear? Or both up front?

I have the stage 5 sub and don't see this thing fitting in my pro :(

The sub will definitely make under the dash tight. I thought I read this does work with the sun but I may be wrong on that.

@@jhmotorsports2 Just got done doing the install on my Pro R. It won't work with the stage 5 sub only Stages 1-4. I contacted Inferno to confirm and tried all options getting it to fit haha. Was your y fitting pretty loose fitting too?

What is you engin temp while riding when you are in heat mode. My engine temp drops down to 158. It climbs back up when idling. Just doesn't seem righ to me.

Does it require Dual Battery's only? Or Single battery in fine?

    What fenders are those?

Polaris brand extended fenders. Of all of the others I think these are the best.
