I don't understand why the builders would put outside doors in a dining room? Also, the study looks like someone put cheap paneling up and painted it. Closets were way too small for the bedrooms, especially at this price range. There was nothing that stood out in this house that made me love it 😐
Someone was out to make a huge killing when designing this house with 7 bedrooms! Those bedrooms are VERY SMALL and the closets don't hold much at all . Then you got that massive space at the top of the stairs for What? Hang out room? You have that either down in the great room or in the basement. They should have utilized the space much better. They should have made it a 5 bedroom home and made the bedrooms and bathers twice the size they are. Less walls to make it all feel closed in and trapped. Sad but true.
After you showed the fire place,,,you should've gone back to the kitchen and the breakfast area,,to get a sense of that whole area which is the main space in the house,,, instead you focused on an insignificant colset,,, !?!?
@@DellyDoo et bien voyons.....!i could also recommend the house,,, you should also look at it as an advice ,,focus on ONE ENTIRE area at time,,,, ceilings,closets, most walls,,are more or less,the same,,, some buyers will be more interested in a house like this one,if they see that they can accommodate some of the furnitures they already have, rich people are naturally smart.....!

This house is so,over priced. The dining room walls look like a jail….whoever did the design in the room missed the mark totally…. Bathrooms are really lacking…. The halls look so skinny and some of the room sizes are micro!

Laundry room has tiny space for washer/dryer. House this much should have space for two sets of washer/dryer.
