The only thing I dont like about campers or campers this size is.... if that rear door gets blocked by something, you cant get out. Should have a top hatch as well for emergency.

Looks nice for a compact trailer but 20k though????

These little sleeper trailers reminds me of the stories my Grandma tells of throwing a mattress in her utility trailer & covering it with a tarp, then hitting the road & going all over the US like that.

I think when these campers. First came out. The cost was about 11 to 15k. 20k seems a little pricey. Built your own for 5k
I agree longer is better...😉
We have had our MYPOD for 3 years, pricey yes, awsome yes, customer service hard no, you'll have to fix yourself, no need for a heater, ac is sufficient. We tow with a BOLT

Price is expensive…but I’m looking at the big picture…maybe a used or basic and doing my own fabrication. It’s also a perfect reason to consider doing AirBNB with my home and getting away maybe 10 days a month. Which would justify the cost. Love this concept and idea to pull with my 2023 BoltEUV

They are all pretty similar being that they have bunkbeds and bathtubs, both of which are key must have features with little ones. Also the layout on all 3 are almost identical.

Australia here. In road trim, my little camper trailer is only 2.8 metres (about 9' if you live across the pond) from hitch to tail lights and 1.35 metres (about 4 1/2 feet) wide. It weighs 220 kilos (485 lbs) unladen. The rear slides out to make a double bed. I'm 6' and can stretch out. It was designed to tow behind motorcycles but I tow it behind a Toyota Hiace campervan.

I greatly appreciate the excellent RV reviews you provide, but why cover this? What a joke (the price). You can get a Hiker Trailer that's 5'x10" out the door for $7,995.00 (add customization to get the price a little bit higher) or a fully loaded Escape trailer with a wet bath and kitchen for under $35K.

Six inches too short inside. TV and stereo instead of a simple tablet mount. Old style low power USB A ports instead of USB C PD ports. $20,000? Foot of bed blocks part of AC? Going to be some cold feet. This could have been so much more and made to a profitable price point of about $9,000.

This is truly cute. For those who can't build their own or don't have the money/inclination to buy a truck or large vehicle, this would be a nice solution to RV or have an emergency shelter. the tent gives more space to cook and a sleeping are. Very well done.

The price is kind of steep on it, but would you say a Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback can tow one of these?
The Chevrolet Sonic can tow 2,000 lbs. The My Pod dry weight is 840 lbs. As long as you don't ass too much CCC (cargo carrying capacity) to your camper it might actually work. But I would definitely research more to be safe. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Does anyone actually SELL these? I've been searching for months. Lots of Little Guy trailers online and via RV Dealerships, but never any MyPods. I've only got a Toyota Corolla, so it's this trailer or nothing.

You can NOT tow a trailer behind ANY car. If the manufacturer RATES THE CAR for towing, then it is OK. My Kia soul and Kia forte are both RATED AT ZERO POUNDS TOWING. If you have an accident while towing, the insurance company will consider YOU at fault.

Form SHOULD follow function; so why inset the windows 6" on each size for looks when it deteriorates aerodynamics, reduces volume and creates a needless "headbanger" on the interior? Not impressed.

Why don’t these dumb rv builders just make an rv 6ft 6in or 7ft in length for 6ft people to be able to fit… like how dumb can these builders be? There’s lots of us here over 6ft tall.
