Watford Junction 2009

- On 25th September, I went to London.
I had planned to see the ECML at Alexandra Palace and the WCML at Bushey, about 5 minutes south of Watford.
Ended up going to Alexandra Palace, after an hour or so, the sun had got too bright so I went to Finsbury Park which is the first little station out of Kings Cross. Well its not really little but the local services stop there so thats what I mean by little.
I then went to St Pancras to see the javelin and saw a eurostar arriving in the process even though it was a bit far away.
After that, I went to Euston and then got the London Midland Service to Bushey, I think it was going to Tring or Milton Keynes Central.
Anyway spent a few hours there then decided to go to Harrow and Wealdstone where i stayed for around 20minutes or so.
I then went back to Watford Junction where I spent 40minutes ish so did go all over the place kind of!
Filmed some good stuff, a few class 90s, a class 92, the mail train, a Grand Central HST and two First Hull trains as well as the usual stuff on each line.
This video features Watford Junction. Got some nice stuff here, a class 325 mail train and class 92 as well as the pendolinos and lush class 350s!
There are plenty of tones so enjoy!

was aamazing!!! Im from the southwest, Bristol area so I wanted to make the most and visit ecml and wcml and see some nice freight and the mail train. Didnt plan the javelin though. I will go back and visit somewhere on the southeast network, chistlehurst probably and see some more stuff as well as going to ebbsfleet.

watford is the best place to see freight and special trains. Nice footage of 90048 at the start and the 321s.
