Love your videos! If you had to choose between Hard Rock Riviera Maya and PH Cancun for a family of 4 with two children (ages 6 and 10) which would you pick?
@@leelovely2894 the restaurants, the hotel’s building , the rooms are outstanding. The food and drinks most of the time were very nice. The waiters in the restaurant gives an outstanding service. Those outside are good too but sometimes tips oriented mindset. Otherwise, ripping is common at reception and bars ( will try to charge you more if a couple wants single king size )bedroom. At bars , if you ask for a drink and they don’t want to do it they will tell you we don’t have it or re blending an old one. depends on tipping and your skin colour too ( unfortunately this is what I saw many times. They think all non white people are locals). Their daiquiri orange, strawberry and lemon were great. Miami vice was super. The adult section breakfast was the best. For the buffets, try to be earliest possible ( open at 17h30 , be at 17h10) to make sure you have a spot . I like the steak house, braza grilled (adult) , Asian ,Indian restaurants and buffet( on Asian day food). The sea was sometimes swimmable , but carefully look at the flags ( green is ok) and sunny days( less waves). Let us know your experience.
@@leelovely2894 It was awesome!! The resort was super secure, the staff were fantastic and the food was good and plentiful! We did a couple of excursions, one to swim with the dolphins and a day trip to Chichen Itza - highly recommend!!
This hotel is a joke, if you want to waste your money you will be in the right place, it is very far from being 5 stars I would say 3 stars at most, the food is terrible, no variety, they charge you an extra fee when you arrive and it has Boutique prices, everything with poor quality, it is dirty and you can see the lack of maintenance throughout the hotel... the cocktail bar is terrible in a few words, but I will never return to this place, 100% disappointment.
